Problem
Skiers often experience a fragmented journey that begins long before they reach the mountain. Transporting bulky equipment, navigating parking, waiting in lines, and moving between dispersed amenities create friction at every stage of the trip. Facilities are rarely designed around the specific spatial and logistical needs of ski gear, and circulation across the resort can feel inefficient and physically demanding. Together, these gaps reduce time on the slopes and limit opportunities for meaningful rest and recovery.
Solution
A ski-specific transit ecosystem combining a bullet train with equipment check-in, a continuous magic carpet circulation path, distributed amenities, and community-oriented rest spaces to streamline movement from home to lift.
